Organic cane sugar infused with locally foraged lilacs and sweet violets harvested this spring. A seriously pretty way to add some glamour to desserts. A finishing sugar for using at the end of the cooking process or for foods that will be gently cooked.
Sprinkle on freshly baked cookies, pies, or fried sweets like donuts. Dust on top of frosted cupcakes and garnish with a candied violet. Whip into whipped cream or custards. Use as the sugar in your creme brulee recipe. Add as the sugar to your homemade vanilla ice cream recipe. For a summer treat, stir into fresh blueberries or strawberries and let sit for an hour before eating. Add to cocktails or to rim a cocktail glass... maybe you can think of even more uses!
