Locally foraged fresh spring spruce tips, well water, lemon juice, pectin, and sugar. Great with butter and bread but also useful to glaze meats and to add into sauces and gravies for wild meats and fish. Try as a filling for cookies and cakes as well.

Locally foraged fresh spring spruce tips pickled in apple cider vinegar infused with lemon peel and peppercorns. Chop up and add to egg , bean or chicken salad recipes, drop a whole one in a cocktail as a garnish (perfect for martinis, caesars, and bloody marys), or add as a wild element to a charcuterie or cheese plate.use the pickle juice too for dips, sauces, and marinades!
